Description

In the wine cellar of Volker Beduhn’s Hotel Bären in Dürrenroth, the visitors learn how to make fresh cheese (or Frischkäse), assisted by cheesemaker Frank Jantschik from the Affoltern exhibition dairy. Later, a nice glass of wine is served in the historic inn and cheese is available for tasting, of course.
